At Wagner Portrait Group, we are dedicated to protecting the privacy and security of student images and data. By allowing us to photograph you, creating an account, and/or providing your telephone number(s), you consent to receive information regarding your photo including reminder calls and text messages from Hal Wagner Studios, Inc. d/b/a Wagner Portrait Group to that number and any number associated with your household/child(ren)'s personal information. These communications may be generated by automatic telephone dialing systems, automated and/or prerecorded messages sent by or on behalf of the contracted school and Hal Wagner Studios, Inc. d/b/a Wagner Portrait Group. We adhere to the strict privacy standards outlined by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99), which safeguards the confidentiality of student education records, and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). As a proud approved partner of the National Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC) through the National Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA), we uphold stringent expectations for managing student data privacy. In summary: Student data, including parent contact information, is never sold, rented, leased, or disclosed to third parties. Data is solely used to inform families about their school-contracted photo services. Families may opt out of communications at any time.
